§1219.55. Exemption from assessment.
7 C.F.R. § 1219.55
Any sale of Hass avocados for export from the United States is exempt from assessment.
The Board may require persons receiving an exemption from assessments to provide to the Board reports on the disposition of exempt Hass avocados.
