§1212.84. Effect of termination or amendment.

7 C.F.R. § 1212.84

Unless otherwise expressly provided by the Secretary, terminating or amending this subpart or any regulation issued under it will not:

(a)

Affect or waive any right, duty, obligation, or liability that arose or may arise in connection with any provision of this part;

(b)

Release or extinguish any violation of this part; or

(c)

Affect or impair any rights or remedies of the United States or any person with respect to any violation.
