§1209.230. Reallocation of Council members.
7 C.F.R. § 1209.230
Pursuant to § 1209.30, the number of members on the Council shall be as follows:
Region 1— All other States including the District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico except for Pennsylvania and California—3 Members.
Region 2— The State of Pennsylvania—4 Members.
Region 3— The State of California—1 Member.
Region 4— Importers—1 Member.
