§1206.74. Effect of termination or amendment.
7 C.F.R. § 1206.74
Unless otherwise expressly provided by the Department, the termination or amendment of this part or any subpart thereof, shall not:
Affect or waive any right, duty, obligation or liability which shall have arisen or which may thereafter arise in connection with any provision of this part; or
Release or extinguish any violation of this part; or
Affect or impair any rights or remedies of the United States, or of the Department, or of any other persons with respect to any such violation.
