§1205.532. Retention period for reports and records.
7 C.F.R. § 1205.532
Each handler and importer required to make reports pursuant to this subpart shall retain for at least 2 years beyond the marketing year of their applicability:
One copy of the report made to the Cotton Board; and
Such books and records as are necessary to verify such reports.
