§1146.3. Commodity specifications.

Eligible milk donations must meet the commodity specifications pursuant to (b) in effect on the date the milk products are shipped from the plant.
AMS shall maintain on its website current commodity specifications for fluid milk products eligible for donation and reimbursement under the Milk Donation Reimbursement Program.
