§1.801. Scope and applicability of this subpart.
7 C.F.R. § 1.801
Except for proceedings covered by 7 CFR part 900, and by 7 CFR part 1200, the rules of practice and procedure in this subpart shall be applicable to all formal rulemaking proceedings.
