§1.314. Parties to the hearing.

The parties to the hearing shall be the respondent and USDA. The proceeding shall be brought in the name of the Secretary.
Pursuant to 31 U.S.C. 3730(c)(5), a private party plaintiff under the False Claims Act may participate in proceedings under this subpart to the extent authorized by the provisions of that Act.
