§27.410. Third-party actions.
6 C.F.R. § 27.410
Nothing in this part shall confer upon any person except the Secretary a right of action, in law or equity, for any remedy including, but not limited to, injunctions or damages to enforce any provision of this part.
An owner or operator of a chemical facility may petition the Executive Assistant Director to provide the Department's view in any litigation involving any issues or matters regarding this part.
