§158.523. Appointment types and circumstances. — Inbound Citations

(1) A renewable appointment under § 158.523(a);

(c) Service as a DHS-CS advisory appointee, as a reemployed annuitant described in § 158.523(a)(1), or providing uncompensated service described in § 158.523(a)(2) does not count towards completion of an initial service period in a subsequent appointment to a qualified position.

(c) Service as a DHS-CS advisory appointee, as a reemployed annuitant described in § 158.523(a)(1), or providing uncompensated service described in § 158.523(a)(2) does not count towards completion of an initial service period in a subsequent appointment to a qualified position.

(1) A DHS-CS employee providing uncompensated service described in § 158.523(a)(2) does not receive a salary under this part.

(2) A continuing appointment under § 158.523(b); or

(3) An advisory appointment under § 158.523(c).
