The Department uses a variety of sources, including publicly available information, to identify individuals or groups of individuals for recruitment under this subpart.
CTMS policy implementing this subpart addresses—
Communication of opportunities for employment in the DHS-CS;
Communication of the application processes to individuals being recruited under this part or applying for employment under this part; and
Acceptance and treatment of applications for employment in the DHS-CS, including minimum application requirements established under this part.
