§158.501. Talent acquisition system.

The Secretary or designee establishes and administers a talent acquisition system, in accordance with applicable legal and professional guidelines governing the assessment and selection of individuals, to identify and hire individuals possessing CTMS qualifications.
The talent acquisition system comprises the strategies, programs, and processes described in this subpart and in CTMS policy for proactively and strategically recruiting individuals, assessing qualifications of individuals, and considering and selecting individuals for employment in the DHS-CS and appointment to qualified positions.
