§158.103. Coverage.

Establishing and administering CTMS; and

Being recruited for employment under this part;

Applying for employment under this part;

Serving in a qualified position under this part;

Managing, or participating in the management of, any DHS-CS employee under this part, including as a supervisor or any other employee of the Department who has the authority to take, direct others to take, recommend, or approve any talent management action under this part; or

Serving on the Cybersecurity Talent Management Board described in § 158.302.
