§13.17. Rights of parties.
6 C.F.R. § 13.17
Except as otherwise limited by this part, all parties may:
Be accompanied, represented, and advised by a Representative;
Participate in any conference held by the Presiding Officer;
Conduct discovery;
Agree to stipulations of fact or law, which will be Made part of the record;
Present evidence relevant to the issues at the hearing;
Present and cross-examine witnesses;
Present oral arguments at the hearing as permitted by the Presiding Officer; and
Submit written briefs and proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law after the hearing.
