§80.32. What is the certification period?
50 C.F.R. § 80.32
A certification period must:
Be 12 consecutive months;
Correspond to the State's fiscal year or license year;
Be consistent from year to year unless the Director approves a change; and
End at least 1 year and no more than 2 years before the beginning of the FFY in which the apportioned funds first become available for expenditure.
