50 C.F.R. § 665.251

All lobster fishing is prohibited:

(a)

Within 20 nm of Laysan Island.

(b)

Within the EEZ landward of the 10-fathom curve as depicted on National Ocean Survey Charts, Numbers 19022, 19019, and 19016.
