§660.710. Closure of directed fishery.

When a quota has been taken, the Regional Administrator will announce in the Federal Register the date of closure of the fishery for the species of concern.
When a harvest guideline has been taken, the Regional Administrator will initiate review of the species of concern according to section 8.4.8 of the FMP and publish in the Federal Register any necessary and appropriate regulations following Council recommendations.
