§38.11. Prostitution and lewd behavior.
50 C.F.R. § 38.11
No person on Midway Atoll National Wildlife Refuge will:
Engage in prostitution. “Prostitution” means the giving or receiving of the body for sexual intercourse for hire; or
Commit any lewd act in a public place which is likely to be observed by others who would be affronted or alarmed.
