§260.25. Licensed samplers.

Any person deemed to have the necessary qualifications may be approved as a licensed sampler.
Licensed samplers are authorized to draw samples, to confirm the identity of the lot, and assess the condition of containers in the lot.
Licensed samplers are not authorized to inspect fish or fishery products or other marine ingredients.
