§216.16. Prohibitions under the General Authorization for Level B harassment for scientific research.
50 C.F.R. § 216.16
It shall be unlawful for any person to:
Provide false information in a letter of intent submitted pursuant to § 216.45(b);
Violate any term or condition imposed pursuant to § 216.45(d).
