§9701.524. Compilation and publication of data.

The HSLRB must maintain a file of its proceedings and copies of all available agreements and arbitration decisions and publish the texts of its impasse resolution decisions and the actions taken under § 9701.519.

All files maintained under paragraph (a) of this section must be open to inspection and reproduction in accordance with 5 U.S.C. 552 and 552a. The HSLRB will establish rules in consultation with the Department for maintaining and making available for inspection sensitive information.
