§792.205. Administration of child care subsidy programs.
5 C.F.R. § 792.205
An agency may administer its child care subsidy program directly or by contract with another entity, using procedures prescribed under the Federal Acquisition Regulations. Regardless of what entity administers the program, the Federal agency is responsible for establishing how eligibility and subsidy amounts will be determined.
An agency contract must specify that any unexpended funds will be returned to the agency after the contract is completed.
