§754.101. Coverage.

Actions covered. A complaint, or any other information, submitted by an applicant for an appointment to a civil service position relating to compliance with section 9202 of title 5, United States Code.
Definitions. In this subpart, Agency, applicant, appointing authority, conditional offer, criminal history record information, and employee have the meanings set forth in 5 CFR 920.101.
