§6001.102. Agency designees.
5 C.F.R. § 6001.102
For purposes of 5 CFR part 2635, the following Department of Transportation officials are agency designees within the meaning of 5 CFR 2635.102(b):
The Designated Agency Ethics Official;
The Alternate Agency Ethics Official;
The Deputy Ethics Officials; and
As designated by Deputy Ethics Officials, legal counsel in regional and other offices.
