§532.221. Industries included in regular nonappropriated fund surveys.
5 C.F.R. § 532.221
The lead agency must include the following North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes in all regular nonappropriated fund wage surveys:
A lead agency may add other industry classes from within the wholesale, retail, and service industry divisions in an area where these industries account for significant proportions of local private employment of the kinds and levels found in local NAF employment.
Additional industries shall be defined in terms of entire industry classes (fourth digit breakdown).
