§352.801. Purpose.
5 C.F.R. § 352.801
This subpart governs reemployment rights authorized by section 11(a) (1) and (2) of the Taiwan Relations Act (Pub. L. 96-8) after service in the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) under the Act.
