§330.709. Establishing ICTAP selection priority.

ICTAP selection priority for a specific vacancy begins when:
The ICTAP eligible submits all required application materials, including proof of eligibility, within agency-established timeframes; and
The agency determines the eligible is well-qualified for the vacancy.
