§185.118. Rights of parties.
5 C.F.R. § 185.118
Except as otherwise limited by this part, all parties may:
Be accompanied, represented, and advised by a representative;
Participate in any conference held by the ALJ;
Conduct discovery as provided under § 185.122;
Agree to stipulations of fact or law, which shall be made a part of the record;
Present evidence relevant to the issues at the hearing;
Present and cross-examine witnesses;
Present oral arguments at the hearing as permitted by the ALJ; and
Submit written briefs and proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law after the hearing.
