§1630.17. Federal agency requests.
5 C.F.R. § 1630.17
Employing agencies needing automated data processing services from the Board in order to reconcile agency TSP records for TSP purposes may be charged rates based upon the factors of:
Fair market value;
Cost to the TSP; and
Interests of the participants and beneficiaries.
