§1215.6. Written decision.
5 C.F.R. § 1215.6
The hearing official shall issue a written opinion no later than 60 days after the hearing.
The written opinion will include: A statement of the facts presented to demonstrate the nature and origin of the alleged debt; the hearing official's analysis, findings and conclusions; the amount and validity of the debt, and the repayment schedule.
