§1206.3. Definitions.

5 C.F.R. § 1206.3

The following definitions apply to this part:

(a)

Meeting means deliberations of at least two Board members that determine or result in the joint conduct of official Board business.

(b)

Member means one of the members of the Merit Systems Protection Board.
