§801.32. Accident reports.
49 C.F.R. § 801.32
The NTSB will report the facts, conditions, circumstances, and its determination of the probable causes of U.S. civil transportation accidents, in accordance with 49 U.S.C. 1131(e).
These reports will be made available on the NTSB electronic reading room.
