§625.53. Recordkeeping for transit asset management.

At all times, each provider must maintain records and documents that support, and set forth in full, its TAM plan.
A provider must make its TAM plan, any supporting records or documents performance targets, investment strategies, and the annual condition assessment report available to a State and Metropolitan Planning Organization that provides funding to the provider to aid in the planning process.
