§583.6. Procedure for determining U.S./Canadian parts content. — Inbound Citations

(1) The overall percentage, by value, of the passenger motor vehicle equipment that was installed on vehicles within the carline of which the vehicle is part, and that originated in the United States and/or Canada (the procedure for determining U.S./Canadian Parts Content is set forth in § 583.6);

(b) The value of each item of equipment is determined in the manner specified in § 583.6(b).

(4) A statement that the equipment has, or does not have, at least 70 percent of its value added in the United States and Canada, determined under § 583.6(c);

(4) The percentage U.S./Canadian content of the equipment, determined under § 583.6(c);
