§392.80. Prohibition against texting. — Inbound Citations

(2) May not engage in, allow, or require texting while driving, in accordance with § 392.80 of this title; and

(1) All school bus operations as defined in § 390.5, except for §§ 391.15(e) and (f), 392.15, 392.80, and 392.82 of this chapter;

(1) A driver who is convicted of violating the prohibition of texting in § 392.80(a) of this chapter is disqualified for the period of time specified in paragraph (e)(2) of this section.
