§386.58. Burden of proof.
49 C.F.R. § 386.58
Enforcement cases. The burden of proof shall be on the Administration in enforcement cases.
Conflict of medical opinion. The burden of proof in cases arising under § 391.47 of this chapter shall be on the party petitioning for review under § 386.13(a).
