§382.715. Authorization to enter information into the Clearinghouse.
49 C.F.R. § 382.715
C/TPAs. No C/TPA or other service agent may enter information into the Clearinghouse on an employer's behalf unless the employer designates the C/TPA or other service agent.
SAPs. A driver must designate a SAP before that SAP can enter any information about the driver's return-to-duty process into the Clearinghouse.
