§380.201. General requirements.
49 C.F.R. § 380.201
The LCV Driver-Training Program that is described in Appendix F to this part requires training using an LCV Double or LCV Triple and must include the following general categories of instruction:
Orientation;
Basic operation;
Safe operating practices;
Advanced operations; and
Nondriving activities.
The LCV Driver-Training Program must include the minimum topics of training set forth in Appendix F to this part and behind-the-wheel instruction that is designed to provide an opportunity to develop the skills outlined under the Proficiency Development unit of the training program.
