§380.101. Purpose and scope.

Purpose. The purpose of this part is to establish minimum requirements for operators of longer combination vehicles (LCVs) and LCV driver-instructors.
Scope. This part establishes:
Minimum training requirements for operators of LCVs;
Minimum qualification requirements for LCV driver-instructors; and
Procedures for determining compliance with this part by operators, instructors, training institutions, and employers.
