§372.221. Twin Cities.
49 C.F.R. § 372.221
For the purpose of determining commercial zones, utilizing the general population-mileage formula as set forth in § 372.241, each of the following combinations of cities shall be considered as a single municipality:
Having a population equal to the sum of their combined populations, and
Having boundaries comprised of their combined corporate limits, with the common portion thereof disregarded:
Bluefield, Va.-W. Va.
Bristol, Va.-Tenn.
Davenport, Iowa, and Rock Island and Moline, Ill.
Delmar, Del-Md.
Harrison, Ohio-West Harrison, Ind.
Junction City, Ark.-La.
Kansas City, Mo.-Kansas City, Kans.
Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minn.
St. Louis, Mo.-East St. Louis, Ill.
Texarkana, Ark.-Tex.
Texhoma, Tex.-Okla.
Union City, Ind.-Ohio.
