§350.409. High Priority Program: Responses to applications.
49 C.F.R. § 350.409
Approval. If FMCSA awards a grant or cooperative agreement, the applicant will receive a grant agreement to execute.
Denial. If FMCSA denies the grant or cooperative agreement, the applicant will receive a notice of denial.
