§24.207. General requirements—claims for relocation payments. — Inbound Citations

(i) The certification referred to in paragraph (a) of this section may be included as part of the claim for relocation payments described in § 24.207.

(f) An agency shall not propose or request that a person waive his or her rights or entitlements to relocation assistance and benefits provided by the Uniform Act and this part. (See appendix A to this part, section 24.207(f).)
