§228.335. Electronic recordkeeping.
49 C.F.R. § 228.335
Each railroad shall keep records as required by § 228.323 either—
On paper forms provided by the railroad, or
By electronic means that conform with the requirements of subpart D of this part.
Records required to be kept shall be made available to the Federal Railroad Administration as provided by 49 U.S.C. 20107.
