§172.432. INFECTIOUS SUBSTANCE label.
49 C.F.R. § 172.432
Except for size and color, the INFECTIOUS SUBSTANCE label must be as follows:
In addition to complying with § 172.407, the background on the INFECTIOUS SUBSTANCE label must be white.
Labels conforming to requirements in place on August 18, 2011 may continue to be used until October 1, 2014.
