§172.427. ORGANIC PEROXIDE label.
49 C.F.R. § 172.427
Except for size and color, the ORGANIC PEROXIDE label must be as follows:
In addition to complying with § 172.407, the background on the ORGANIC PEROXIDE label must be red in the top half and yellow in the lower half.
