§1248.5. Report forms and date of filing.
49 C.F.R. § 1248.5
Reports required from Class I carriers by this section shall be submitted, in paper or electronically, to the Office of Economics, Surface Transportation Board, Washington, DC, on forms which will be furnished to the carriers.Data required under § 1248.2 shall be filed on Form QCS on or before the 60th day succeeding the close of the period for which they are compiled.
