§1104.1. Address, identification, and electronic filing option. — Inbound Citations

(h) The officer shall either submit the deposition and all exhibits by e-filing (provided the filing complies with 49 CFR 1104.1(e)) or securely seal the deposition and all exhibits in an envelope endorsed with sufficient information to identify the proceeding and marked “Deposition of (here insert name of witness)” and personally deliver or promptly send it by registered mail to the Office of Chief Counsel. A deposition to be offered in evidence must reach the Board not later than 5 days before the date it is to be so offered.
