§1.43. Delegations to the Director of the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization.

The Director of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization is delegated authority to:
Exercise departmental responsibility for the implementation and execution of functions and duties under sections 2[8] and 2[15] of the Small Business Act (Pub. L. 85-836) 15 U.S.C. [637 and 644].
Carry out the functions vested in the Secretary by 49 U.S.C. 332 (Minority Resource Center).
