§1.36. Delegations to the Assistant Secretary for Governmental Affairs.

The Assistant Secretary for Governmental Affairs is delegated authority to:

(a)

Establish procedures for responding to Congressional correspondence; and

(b)

Supervise the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Tribal Government Affairs.
