§909.407-2. Causes for suspension.
48 C.F.R. § 909.407-2
The Suspending Official may suspend an organization or individual—
Indicted for or suspected, upon adequate evidence, of the causes described in 909.406-2(c)(1);
On the basis of the causes set forth in 909.406-2(d)(2); or
On the basis that an organization or individual is an affiliate of a suspended or debarred contractor.
